SOUND ADVICE AUDIO SPECIALTIES, INC. is owned by Jeff and Joan Wharton. Jeff is a highly skilled, seasoned veteran of the high-end audio and home theater industry. He has always had an immense passion for sound and is zealous about sharing that love of sound with their customers. His vast experience within the field has led him to form the company to better provide customers with the best attention to detail and service.

The company’s business management and marketing is handled by Joan Wharton. Joan brings to the company extensive public relations experience, as well as exceptional organizational and accounting skills. Everyone kids that she keeps Jeff grounded so that he does not go off the “audiophile deep end.”

Kevin Renshaw is the company’s head technician and is one of the most knowledgeable technicians within the audio/video field. Kevin has vast experience within the electronics industry and his eye for detail is unsurpassed. His extensive knowledge within the field constitutes why his service and impeccable work are highly commended. Kevin serves as a critical member of the Sound Advice team.

Thomas “Tom” Stanley, is another leading technician within the company, who assists in supervising the company’s other installers. Kevin, Tom, and the entire Sound Advice Technician Crew serve as the “backbone” of the company. All of them work diligently to make sure that Sound Advice customers are not only satisfied with the completed work, but that they can’t wait to kick back and enjoy their “new addition” to the family.

Along with Jeff, Steve Shores serves as the company’s key salesperson. Steve has a true enthusiasm for what he does. He has an incredible sense of knowing exactly what customers are looking for and, along with Jeff, helps design their “dream” system.

In 2007, Jeff and Joan opened a showroom within Salisbury, Maryland’s Twilley Centre, to enable the public to come experience what Sound Advice Audio Specialties, Inc. has to offer firsthand.
